RXR returned the Starrett-Lehigh to it’s rightful place as Chelsea’s capitol of culture and commerce. Conceived as a major rail terminus nearly a century ago, the High Line-connected Landmark building now hosts tech firms, fashions studios, a podcasting production house, a food court and the Yacht Club rooftop bar. To complete the building’s fashionable coming out, we crowned its canopies and walls warm LED channel letters.
